Payment

Payment is via Paypal, which you do not need a Paypal account, as this payment method takes the majority of credit cards - quickly, easily and securely! 

Simply click on the icon  - Visa, Mastercard etc, below the Paypal logo in the payment checkout screen to use your preferred type of payment card.

For your peace of mind, Paypal and my website does not share or store any of your financial information.

Shipping Costs

With the ever increasing cost's of Shipping, I have absorbed some of these costs where I can.
Shipping costs are now one flat rate fee for UK & Europe.

UK & European orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard.

International/Worldwide orders are now generally sent via Tracked Courier Services.   Before you place an order please contact us so we can give you a personalised shipping cost.

Delivery Times

All orders are sent out within 3 - 5 business working days (unless otherwise stated or advised), though in practice it is a lot sooner! 

You will be advised via email when your order will be dispatched.

Orders received on a Friday after 1pm, will be sent out on the next business working day generally being the following 'Monday'.

Packaging

All individual Pre-cast Model Sets ordered are sent out either in an individual 'Branded Blister Pack' or in a 'Grip Seal Bag', contained in an outer box for transit durability.

Single/individual Pre-cast models will not be sent in a blister pack, but will be sent out in a very well padded Jiffy Bag. 

All figures sold are unpainted!
